Sometimes dressing during the work week can feel like an exercise in compromise…making sure your look isn’t too trendy or too flamboyant or making sure it’s practical enough for whatever your day has in store.
While there is fun to be had playing around these constraints, when the weekend comes knocking it’s nice to take the safety off and follow your bliss, guns blazing. For me, this means embracing lace with both arms and a large smile.
I don’t think anything else can express the glee I feel about taking this outfit out for an evening spin like a little Cha-Cha. While I practice my dance moves, I will wish you all an amazing weekend! Any fun plans?!
I think the smile is a key accessory here so that no one thinks you’re a mourning widow. Then again, if I were a widow I would be too depressed to put on a cute outfit like this, so maybe there’s not much danger of the mistake. Happy Friday!

I love this!!
I love that dress! Though I do adore anything with lace, the heels set it off perfectly!
